On April 4th, the world was heating up as it came into the evening on Easter Sunday. For the night, many fans took the time to tune in to see the Verzuz battle of the century as creators / founders Timbaland and Swizz Beatz was able to get Earth, Wind and Fire and The Isley Brothers to battle it out. If you missed this Sunday’s Verzuz you missed a whole feel good, soulful night as the two legendary groups basically gave the world a free concert.
For the night Earth, Wind and Fire played hit songs such as “Let’s Groove”, “After The Love Has Gone”, “Shining Star”, “Boogie Wonderland”, “Fantasy” and so many more. Ronald and Ernie Isley represented for the group and played songs like “Groove With You”, “Summer Breeze”, “It’s Your Thing”, “Twist and Shout”, “Voyage to Atlantis” and many more as well.
